Starting October 1, service requests previously submitted through the MyVancouver app will transition to a new website designed for enhanced usability. This site features mobile optimization and content translation, aiming to consolidate services in one accessible location. Residents can report issues related to homelessness, parking, public works, and traffic through specific tabs on the site.
