Report a concern

Vancouver, WALocal News

Vancouver officials urge residents to report community concerns, clarifying that not all issues are within the city's jurisdiction. To assist residents, the "Do I Live in Vancouver" map can help determine if a problem falls within city limits. Starting October 1, service requests previously submitted through the MyVancouver app will transition to a new website designed for enhanced usability. This site features mobile optimization and content translation, aiming to consolidate services in one accessible location. Residents can report issues related to homelessness, parking, public works, and traffic through specific tabs on the site.

The city believes this change will facilitate better communication and responsiveness to community needs. The transition reflects ongoing efforts to modernize city services. Improved reporting mechanisms may enhance civic engagement and address local concerns more effectively.
