Report a Concern

Vancouver, WALocal News

The City of Vancouver is transitioning from the MyVancouver app to a more efficient online platform for reporting community issues, effective October 1. This new website is optimized for mobile use and includes features such as content translation, making it easier for residents to access services. Users can report concerns related to homelessness, parking, public works, and traffic directly on the site. The City advises residents to verify their jurisdiction using the Do I Live in Vancouver map, as some reported issues may not be managed by the City. This initiative highlights the City’s focus on improving community engagement and streamlining service requests.

The new platform aims to bring everything residents need into one convenient location. Additionally, the City hopes that this transition will facilitate better communication and responsiveness to community needs. By consolidating services online, the City intends to enhance the overall user experience for residents.
