Fall Curbside Oversize Brush Pickup

University Place, WALocal News

University Place will hold an Oversized Brush Pickup for residential customers from November 3 to 14, 2025. Eligible items include branches and limbs no larger than 6 feet in length or 4 inches in diameter. Residents must place these items in loose piles at the curb by 6 a. m. on their scheduled yard waste pickup day.

The program does not accept thorny vegetation, stumps, or small loose items, which ensures efficient processing. Customers with yard waste service are encouraged to utilize their carts before placing oversized brush at the curb. This initiative aims to facilitate yard maintenance and promote community cleanliness. The city encourages all residents to participate in this one-day event to enhance neighborhood aesthetics.
