The City of University Place celebrated its 30th birthday on August 23, attracting approximately 6,500 attendees to Cirque Park. Guests enjoyed a lively atmosphere filled with live music, kids’ attractions, skate demos, and contests. The highlight was the Glow Show finale, where hot air balloons lit up the night sky, captivating the audience. Civic partners like Honest Home Solutions and University Place Refuse and Recycling were instrumental in organizing the event, ensuring it was memorable. Numerous local businesses, including Starbucks and Fred Meyer, provided support through funding and volunteer efforts.

This celebration not only commemorated a significant milestone for the city but also strengthened community ties.
