Twisted Cider Twists its Way Through U.P.

The Twisted Cider 5K and 12K, held on July 26, drew over 700 runners in University Place, WA, marking its fourth consecutive year. Organized by the Tacoma City Marathon Association, the event featured a Kids 1K designed for families and strollers, emphasizing inclusivity. Racers started and finished the course at the Curran Apple Orchard, where they were rewarded with complimentary giant pretzels, cider, and live music from Stan the Guitar Man & Moonyard. The Manic Meatballs food truck was available for participants seeking post-race nourishment.
