On Thursday, representatives from the Pasco County school district and the union for noninstructional staff reached a significant agreement regarding employee compensation. This agreement follows a similar raise package that was negotiated for teachers just one day earlier. The new contract stipulates a 1. 25% increase in base salaries for all noninstructional staff members. Additionally, employees who have completed a full year of employment during the last school year are eligible for a further 2.
