Motorcyclist killed in crash with Hillsborough school bus in Riverview

A fatal accident involving a Hillsborough school bus and a motorcyclist occurred on U. S. 301 in Riverview, Florida, resulting in the death of a 26-year-old man from Sun City Center. The crash happened around 4 p. m.

when the bus driver, Jacqulyne Pleasant Edwards, attempted a left turn under a flashing yellow signal, inadvertently turning into the motorcyclist's path. After colliding with the bus, the motorcyclist struck a Dodge pickup truck, leading to his fatal injuries. The incident involved 12 students on the bus, who fortunately were not harmed.
