A tragic wrong-way crash on Interstate 5 in Thurston County, Washington, resulted in the deaths of three individuals early Sunday morning. The accident occurred near the Scatter Creek Rest Area, where a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction collided head-on with another car. All three fatalities were occupants of the vehicles involved in the initial collision, including one man and two women whose identities have yet to be released. Following the first impact, a third vehicle collided with one of the obstructing cars; however, its driver, a 21-year-old woman, was not injured.
