A special meeting on July 29, 2024, will evaluate the submitted letters of interest, ensuring a transparent selection process. The City Council plans to appoint committee members during a meeting on July 30, 2024, where they will also address additional proposed amendments for further study.

Prepared statements will appear in the Voters’ Pamphlet, with submission deadlines set for August 8 and rebuttals by August 12.
