City Conducting Its Two-Year In-Depth Community Survey Now Through July

Tacoma, WALocal News

The City of Tacoma is currently conducting its biennial in-depth community survey, which is being mailed to over 750 randomly selected households throughout the city. This initiative, which runs through July, aims to gather valuable feedback from residents regarding city services and their priority issues. Participants can choose to complete the survey in several languages, including Spanish and Vietnamese, and can respond online, by phone, or through traditional mail. The survey ensures participant privacy by not requesting sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or specific addresses. The collected data will help city leaders identify key areas for improvement and allocate budget resources effectively.

Furthermore, respondents will have a chance to win a $500 gift certificate as an incentive for their participation. This rigorous statistical survey reflects Tacoma's commitment to engaging with its community and responding to their needs. More details about the survey and its objectives can be found on the City’s website.
