Anuszkiewicz aims to build on the hospital's legacy of service while enhancing clinical programs to meet the community's evolving healthcare needs. Her background includes leadership roles at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette, Colorado, and various administrative positions across multiple healthcare facilities.

She holds a Master of Health Services Administration from George Washington University, underscoring her expertise in the field. MultiCare spokesperson Scott Thompson emphasized the hospital's historical significance in providing medical care to residents in the area. This leadership transition is crucial as the hospital continues to navigate the challenges of a high patient influx.
