Kenmore Air is partnering with the Puyallup Tribe of Indians to launch a seasonal seaplane service connecting Tacoma, Washington, with Victoria, British Columbia, starting May 15, 2025. This new route will operate daily, departing from Tacoma's Ruston Way at 2:45 PM, with a total flight time of just under two hours, including a stop at Friday Harbor Marina. Tickets for this scenic travel experience will start at $199 per person, with shorter flights available for $99. The service aims to provide South Sound residents with convenient and picturesque travel options to Victoria and the San Juan Islands. David Gudgel, president of Kenmore Air, expressed excitement about the partnership, emphasizing their commitment to enhancing travel experiences in the region.

The Puyallup Tribal Council highlighted the significance of this expansion as a step towards international growth. This initiative not only supports local tourism but also showcases the tribe's dedication to improving accessibility for residents.
