Tacoma Solid Waste Management will not operate on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, leading to a one-day delay for affected customers. LeMay Pierce County Refuse will also close its offices on these holidays, resulting in similar delays for those whose regular pickups fall on these dates. Murrey’s Disposal has confirmed that their collection schedules will shift by one day during the holiday weeks, and residents should place their carts curbside by 6 a. m.
