Ferguson names Tim Reynon new director of the Governor’s Office of Indian Affairs

Reynon, an enrolled member of the Puyallup Tribe, brings over two decades of experience as a tribal attorney and has been actively involved in various task forces and boards, including the Washington Criminal Justice Training Commission. His extensive background includes roles as the people operations director and executive director of human resources for his tribe. Ferguson praised Reynon's leadership qualities and dedication to strengthening relationships with tribal governments, emphasizing the importance of respecting tribal sovereignty and ensuring the well-being of Indigenous communities in Washington.
