Pacific Lifestyle Homes has announced the next phase of home sales at the McCormick Trails community in Port Orchard, with 22 new homes now available, starting at $760,000. These homes will vary in size from 1,814 to 3,650 square feet and are designed to attract a diverse range of buyers. The community features over eight miles of nature trails, offering residents ample outdoor recreation opportunities, and is conveniently located near McCormick Woods Golf Club and South Kitsap Regional Park. Additionally, a new retail village, McCormick Village Retail, is set to open in spring 2025, further enhancing lifestyle offerings for residents. With plans for over 1,500 homes over the next 10-15 years, this project signifies a substantial investment in the local real estate market.

Matt Lewis, president of Pacific Lifestyle Homes for the Puget Sound area, noted the success of the initial phase and anticipates increased interest in the upcoming phase due to the new amenities. Buyers will have the chance to customize their homes with specific interior finishes at the builder's Design Studio, showcasing the growth and modernization of the Port Orchard area as a desirable location for future homeowners.
