Pacific Lifestyle Homes has announced the launch of a new phase of home sales at McCormick Trails, a major master-planned community in Port Orchard, Washington. This phase will include 22 homes, with sizes between 1,814 and 3,650 square feet, starting at $760,000. The community is designed to accommodate over 1,500 homes, showcasing the developer's commitment to creating a vibrant living environment. Residents will benefit from access to more than eight miles of nature trails and proximity to local amenities, including the McCormick Woods Golf Club. Additionally, the McCormick Village Retail is set to open in spring 2025, enhancing the area's appeal.

Matt Lewis, the Puget Sound President of Pacific Lifestyle Homes, highlighted the strong demand anticipated for these new homes, following the successful first phase of sales. Buyers will have the opportunity to customize their homes with various finishes at the Pacific Lifestyle Homes Design Studio in Tacoma, reflecting a trend towards sustainable living and community-focused planning.
