In July, her ex-boyfriend took her hostage and shot her in the head. Thanks to the SWAT officers' quick response and bravery, Selena was safely rescued, which played a crucial role in her recovery. In her emotional address, Selena spoke candidly about the impact of domestic violence and emphasized the need for continued awareness and resources for victims.
