Les Schwab Tire Centers in Yakima are conducting a 'Pack A Backpack' school supply drive to benefit local students in the Yakima School District. Store manager Casey Fewkes highlights the company's dedication to community service, aiming to enhance local living conditions. The drive collaborates with Fred Meyer and the Yakima Pippins to gather essential supplies for students in need. Donations of new, unused school supplies can be made at any participating Les Schwab location, which operates from 8 a. m.

to 6 p. m. on weekdays. Additionally, monetary donations are welcome to further support the initiative. This effort reflects a growing trend of local businesses engaging in community support as schools prepare for the upcoming academic year.
