By the evening, the crowd size decreased, but some demonstrators remained in the roadways, prompting officers to issue multiple dispersal orders. The situation escalated, leading to 11 arrests for failure to disperse, including one charge of malicious mischief for vandalism. SPD confirmed that no curfew was enforced that night and coordinated with local businesses to guide patrons safely.

Chief Kevin Hall reiterated the department's dedication to protecting the right to protest while ensuring public safety.
