Witnesses reported hearing a loud bang, and a male victim was observed with visible injuries before being taken to Harborview Medical Center. Officers confirmed the noise was not gunfire, but the explosion from the firework caused significant harm. Security photos of the suspect vehicle were obtained during witness interviews and area canvassing. The SPD Major Crimes Unit seeks assistance from the community to identify the vehicle and its occupants.
