Spokane Police are seeking community assistance to locate suspects involved in a firework incident that severely injured a man on November 8, 2025. The incident occurred shortly after midnight near 2nd and Wall, where a loud bang prompted 911 calls. Upon arrival, officers found that a lit firework was thrown from a vehicle into a crowd, injuring the victim who was subsequently transported to Harborview Medical Center. Witness accounts and area canvassing led to the acquisition of security photos depicting the suspect vehicle. The SPD Major Crimes Unit is actively investigating the case and urges anyone with information to come forward.
