Upon arrival, officers confirmed that the victim had already been taken to Harborview Medical Center, where he received treatment for his injuries. Witnesses described seeing a vehicle pull up to a group of people before a lit firework was thrown into the crowd. The SPD Major Crimes Unit has gathered security photos of the suspect vehicle and is urging the public for assistance.
