Spokane, WALocal News

Tyrone L. Cliff, 38, faces multiple felony charges for possessing child sexual abuse material after his arrest in Florida. The investigation initiated when the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit received a CyberTip in August regarding his online activities. Detectives identified Cliff as a former teacher at a Spokane religious school and began preparing search warrants for his residence. However, they soon learned he had moved to Florida, prompting a collaborative effort with local law enforcement.

Cliff's arrest led to the issuance of multiple felony warrants based on the investigation by Spokane police. He is currently awaiting extradition back to Washington State. This incident underscores the importance of inter-agency cooperation in addressing child exploitation. Law enforcement officials are committed to ensuring accountability for such serious offenses.
