Officers arrested Katie L. Sims, 34, for vandalizing 16 vehicles at an auto dealership on September 19, causing estimated damages of $100,000. After reviewing surveillance footage, officers identified Sims and located her the following day wearing the same clothing as captured on video. She was booked into the Spokane County Jail for 1st Degree Malicious Mischief.
