Spokane police arrested Katie L. Sims, 34, for vandalizing 16 vehicles at an auto dealership on West 3rd Avenue late Friday night. Officers arrived after receiving reports of an argument, during which Sims threw rocks at parked cars, causing significant damage. Security footage helped identify her, and officers located her the following day near West Sprague, where she was wearing the same clothes as in the video.
