Spokane Police Department successfully located Paxson Matthews, a 33-year-old male with disabilities, who went missing in Spokane. Matthews, who arrived in the city around September 12, was last seen near 700 North Division and is known to have significant mobility issues along with being legally blind and deaf. Standing at 5'10" and weighing about 125 pounds, he has brown hair, blue eyes, and a noticeable zig-zag scar from ear to ear. The police issued a request for community assistance, emphasizing the urgency given Matthews' medical needs. He is known to frequent the South Hill and Gonzaga areas and typically wears a ball cap and black dress shoes while carrying a brown fanny pack.
