Spokane police confirmed the recovery of missing endangered adult Paxson Matthews, 33, after a community outreach effort. Matthews arrived in Spokane on or about September 12 and was last seen in the vicinity of 700 North Division. He faces challenges due to being legally blind and deaf, requiring medical attention for his significant disabilities. His distinctive features include a large zig-zag scar and a full beard, and he typically wears a ball cap and carries a brown fanny pack. The police thanked the public for their assistance, which played a crucial role in locating him.
