Spokane Police Department confirmed the successful location of Paxson Matthews, a 33-year-old male with multiple disabilities, who went missing in Spokane. Matthews, who is legally blind and deaf, was last seen around 700 North Division after arriving in the city on or about September 12. He faces mobility challenges and requires medical attention due to his significant disabilities. Described as 5'10", weighing approximately 125 pounds, he has brown hair, blue eyes, and a notable zig-zag scar from ear to ear. The police thanked community members for their efforts in finding him, emphasizing the vital role of public assistance in such cases.

Matthews is known to frequent the South Hill and Gonzaga areas, which may aid in future preventive measures.
