Spokane Police Department (SPD) is investigating the arson and has identified video evidence depicting three juvenile males as suspects. Descriptions of the suspects include one in gray shorts and a dark t-shirt, another in Adidas-style pants and a yellow t-shirt, and a third in plaid shorts and a black top. SPD urges the public to assist in identifying these individuals to facilitate the investigation.
