The project includes pavement rehabilitation, intersection redesign at Rockwood and Cowley, and utility upgrades, such as replacing outdated water main pipes. North/south traffic will be permitted at the Sumner Ave. and 10th Ave. intersection, while Sumner Ave.

will close for east/west traffic. Limited parking will be available on 9th Ave. and Rockwood Blvd. , with no metered parking in the construction zone. Sidewalk detours may affect pedestrians, but local access will be maintained throughout the project.
