Spokane police arrested Troy A. Silk, 45, for three counts of second-degree arson following a series of intentionally set fires in downtown Spokane. Patrol officers collected evidence and identified Silk as a suspect, leading to his arrest on August 22 after securing video footage from nearby businesses. At the time of his arrest, Silk was already in custody for unrelated charges.
