W. Maxwell Ave. will close for traffic signal upgrades from August 25 to September 19, affecting both directions between N. Elm St. and N.

Walnut St. This closure is part of the Maxwell Pettet to Walnut Bike/Pedestrian project, designed to enhance bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure with new sidewalks, bike lanes, and crosswalk improvements.
