The suspect is described as a thin white male in his 40s, standing between 5’06” and 5’07”. Witnesses have reported seeing him on a BMX-style bicycle, wearing a blue medical mask and a black/navy jacket with white stripes. Additionally, he has been observed in a grey sweatshirt and an N-95 type mask. Residents are encouraged to report any information regarding the suspect to Crime Check at 509.
