The suspect is described as a white male in his 40s, approximately 5’06” to 5’07” tall with a thin build, often seen wearing glasses and a blue medical mask. He has arrived at crime scenes on a BMX bicycle and has been noted for wearing a black or navy jacket with white stripes on the sleeves, as well as a grey sweatshirt and an N-95 mask.
