He has been seen riding a BMX-style bicycle and wearing a blue medical mask along with a black/navy jacket featuring white stripes on the sleeves. On some occasions, he has also worn a grey sweatshirt with an N-95 mask. Authorities encourage anyone with information to contact Crime Check at 509.
