Spokane will launch two pedestrian and bicycle improvement projects on June 30, focusing on Lincoln St. and Maxwell Ave. The Lincoln St. project will close the stretch between Boone Ave. and Sinto Ave.

upgrades will improve infrastructure between Pettet Dr. and Walnut St. , enhancing connections to local parks and community centers. This project is funded by Washington's Climate Commitment Act, which aims to reduce climate pollution and improve public health.
