One individual also faced charges for malicious mischief related to vandalism. SPD confirmed that no curfew was imposed and that they did not order evacuations at the nearby River Park Square Mall. Chief Kevin Hall emphasized the department's dedication to upholding the right to protest while ensuring public safety.
