Public Invited to Meet Finalists for North Bend City Administrator Position

Five finalists will interview for the North Bend City Administrator position on June 5, 2025, with four local panels conducting the interviews. The panels consist of councilmembers, city staff, business owners, and tribal representatives, providing diverse feedback to Mayor Miller. This recruitment process followed the retirement of David Miller in December 2024 and the interim appointment of Bob Larson. From 51 applications, the finalists were selected based on their qualifications and experience in public service. Elizabeth Adkisson, Amber Emery, Andrea Lehner, and Evan Maxim are among the candidates boasting significant backgrounds in city administration.

Adkisson has worked in various capacities in Washington, while Emery has held leadership roles in both Oregon and Washington. Lehner and Maxim also have extensive local government experience, contributing to their candidacy. Mayor Miller will utilize the panels' insights to select the preferred candidate to lead North Bend.
