Northwest Railway Museum Welcomes Two New Team Members

The Northwest Railway Museum appointed VJ Kopacki as Administrative Officer and Catlin Wright as Educator to strengthen its heritage team. Kopacki will oversee daily operations, support human resources functions, and ensure financial transparency as part of the capital campaign, Tracks to the Future. She expressed excitement about connecting the past and future through her work. Wright, an educator from the Southeastern United States, plans to enhance educational outreach by developing on-campus programming and virtual opportunities. Her efforts will cater to diverse audiences, including middle and high school students, through partnerships with local school districts' Career and Technical Education programs.

The museum attracts over 218,000 visitors each year and is a key cultural institution in the region. Additionally, it features a collection of nearly 80 significant railroad artifacts and thousands of historic items. The museum's mission is to bring American railway history to life through immersive experiences.
