A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle traveling under 20 MPH, resulting in knee and rib injuries, though they were able to stand afterward. In another incident, a semi-truck left the roadway on SR 18, necessitating the driver’s extraction and hospitalization. Crews also assisted individuals experiencing low oxygen levels, high blood pressure, and significant vomiting. A tragic collision on I-90 led to one fatality when a truck rolled after hitting a guardrail and was subsequently struck by a semi-truck.
