Snoqualmie, WALocal News

The Northwest Railway Museum continues its scenic rides through the Snoqualmie Valley every weekend in September, with trains departing from the Snoqualmie and North Bend depots. In October, the museum will feature a Halloween Wine Train for adults on October 31, complete with tastings from local wineries and a costume contest. Families can enjoy the annual Halloween Train on select weekends, encouraging costumes and offering small prizes. After Halloween, the museum will shift to Fall Excursions on November 8, 15, and 22, maintaining the same schedule as summer rides. Founded in 1957, the Northwest Railway Museum is Washington State's largest railroad museum, with a mission to educate visitors about railway history in the Pacific Northwest.

The museum emphasizes accessibility and inclusivity, welcoming all community members to engage with its programs. The Halloween Wine Train and annual Halloween Train highlight the museum's commitment to seasonal events that foster community spirit. With a rich history and engaging programs, the museum continues to blend heritage and fun along the scenic Snoqualmie Valley.
