Snoqualmie Fire Dept. and Snoqualmie Valley Health Offer OpioidFentanyl Education Overdose Class
The Snoqualmie Fire Department and Snoqualmie Valley Health will host a free class on recognizing and reversing fentanyl overdoses on September 18, 2025, at the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital. This initiative responds to a dramatic increase in fentanyl use and overdose deaths in the region, particularly among individuals aged 14-45. The training will educate participants on the risks associated with opioids and provide essential life-saving techniques. Parents, caregivers, and young adults are encouraged to attend to better safeguard themselves and others against potential overdoses.
