The in-person sessions will feature various city departments, offering insights into their functions and challenges. Mayor Katherine Ross highlights the importance of community engagement, stating that informed residents lead to stronger connections with local government. The curriculum includes interactive discussions and facility tours, covering topics from budget management to emergency response. The program is open to residents aged 18 and older, running Wednesday evenings from October 1 to November 5, 2025, with an additional Saturday session.

With only 15 spots available, residents are encouraged to apply early, and a potential second session may be offered in Spring 2026 if demand is high.
