Mayor Mary Miller invites North Bend residents to reconnect through the “Meet up with the Mayor” series, starting September 17 at Arete Coffee Bar. The first event runs from 9 to 10 a. m. , where residents can enjoy a favorite fall beverage while discussing local projects and future ideas. Additional meetings are scheduled for October 15, November 19, and December 10, all beginning at 9 a.

m. Arete Coffee Bar, located at 112 W 2nd Street, will host these informal gatherings. Mayor Miller underscores the importance of community input in shaping local priorities and encourages residents to participate. This initiative aims to engage residents, strengthen connections, and foster open dialogue about the city's direction. The series reflects a commitment to transparency and community involvement in local governance.

Residents are encouraged to bring their thoughts and suggestions to the meetings.
