Reclaim will host its annual Creating Opportunity event on September 27 at Si View Community Center to promote housing stability in the Snoqualmie Valley. The fundraiser begins at 5 p. m. with a cocktail hour, silent auction, and community art walk, followed by dinner and a program at 6 p. m.

Funds raised will directly benefit programs like eviction prevention, a 90-day Shelter to Home initiative, and support for gender-based violence. Attendees can also engage in a raffle and raise-the-paddle opportunity to enhance their contributions. Local businesses are encouraged to sponsor the event, which offers various tiers of brand recognition and exposure. Reclaim provides vital resources including free clothing, toiletries, and emergency food. This year's event underscores the importance of community engagement in addressing local housing issues.
