The curriculum includes interactive sessions and tours, covering topics like land use and emergency management. The academy is open to residents aged 18 and older, with a maximum of 15 participants.

Sessions occur on Wednesday evenings from October 1 to November 5, 2025, with one Saturday session. Interested residents are encouraged to register early, as high demand may prompt another session in Spring 2026. Online registration is available on the city’s website.
