The academy will take place on Wednesday evenings from October 1 to November 5, 2025, with one Saturday morning session. The curriculum features interactive discussions and tours, covering topics such as budgeting and land use.

Participation is open to residents aged 18 and older, with a maximum of 15 attendees to ensure an intimate learning environment.
