The City of Snoqualmie is preparing its first Strategic Plan, inviting community participation to guide future services and investments. The plan will prioritize areas such as parks, public spaces, and economic development over the next five years. Residents can share their input by completing a short online survey until the end of July. Community engagement activities have been ongoing since May, including stakeholder meetings and events. Draft development will take place from August to September, with public feedback sessions scheduled for October.

The final plan will be presented to the City Council for adoption in November. This initiative aims to align city resources with community priorities while ensuring sustainable service delivery. The plan will also include methods for updating the public on progress.
