The city forecasts a total contribution of $8 million, supplemented by $7.
4 million from the state and $5 million from Snohomish County. Public Facilities Group has been selected to oversee the construction, which will include a $40 million bond issue. The center will seat 3,500 for baseball and 5,000 for soccer events.
