Baseballers back together for SHS Alumni Game

The First Annual Alumni Baseball Game featured the Snohomish High Panthers against the Mountlake Terrace Hawks on April 18 at Earl Torgeson Field, resulting in a 10-3 victory for Snohomish. Jim Ollom, a former Major League pitcher and Snohomish alum, threw the ceremonial first pitch, joined by fellow alumni Anthony Kakalecik, Kim Hammons, and Bill Holt. The SHS HomeRun Club organized the event to celebrate the baseball legacy of Snohomish High and foster community spirit. As a result, local fans and families turned out to support the teams, demonstrating the significance of alumni participation in school events. The game not only provided entertainment but also strengthened connections among former players and the community.
